    Frontend-Focused Full-Stack Developer

    Qatayef Tech, Remote, Dubai, UAE

    Primary developer on Deallony, an Arabic-first classifieds marketplace for the Syrian market with 10,000+ users. I worked across the NestJS, PostgreSQL and TypeORM backend, the React Native (Expo) app and the React web client.

    Rebuilt the web app
    Took it from an unusable state to a production-ready, design-system-driven UI with polished animations, then launched it.
    About 45% faster on the web
    Added width-based image resizing in the backend to cut image payloads, and optimized font loading.
    Payments and wallet
    Built a complete manual payment system with a user e-wallet and an admin dashboard for reviewing payments.
    AI listings with Gemini
    Users create listings and auto-fill ad fields with AI, on both web and mobile.
    Wedding hall events
    Built an event-management system with digital invitations and QR-code check-in.
    Shared TypeScript library
    Types and validation schemas used by both frontend and backend. I also triaged and fixed production bugs and turned product ideas into specified features.

An Arabic-first classifieds marketplace for the Syrian market, with 10,000+ users buying and selling cars, real estate, products and services. I was the primary developer across the web app, the mobile app and the backend: a rebuilt, design-system-driven web UI, a manual payment system with a user wallet and admin review dashboard, and AI-assisted listing creation with Gemini.

Built with React, Tailwind CSS, React Native (Expo), NestJS, PostgreSQL, TypeORM, Gemini API.

A two-player bilingual (AR/EN) trivia game. Gemini 2.5 Flash writes a fresh 36-question board for every game in the language you choose, with custom categories, timed turns and full RTL/LTR support.
